SRE developed and oversaw the construction of a 12,000 square foot flex commercial facility located at 20901 Cumberland Drive in Elkhorn, Nebraska. 

Construction commenced in December 2017, and the building was fully leased upon its completion in October 2018. The tenants of this high-quality flex space include 316 Construction, Inc., a roofing, siding, and gutter company; Lifetime Structures, Inc., a luxury home builder; Atlas Steel Erection, Inc.; Adore MedSpa; and Midwest Title.
