Summit Development has developed and completed construction of this 120,000 square foot self-storage building at 104thStreet and Harrison Street in LaVista, Nebraska. The project includes 680+ climate controlled interior units for personal, business and vehicle needs. This project commenced in August 2019, and is now open.

This is the second storage facility designed and developed by Summit, the first of which was sold to Public Storage in 2018.
