West Dodge Flex is an exciting new flex industrial construction project featuring nine bays fully pre-leased to two tenants, Magni Stone and Gerber Collision & Glass. The buildouts for these spaces are currently in progress and are expected to be completed by Spring 2024. In addition to the first building, construction on the second building featuring 10 additional bays, will begin in summer 2024. Stay tuned for more updates as this project takes shape!
