SRE completed the entitlement and construction of a 125,000 square foot consumer self-storage building in Elkhorn, Nebraska.

The project includes both climate-controlled interior units and exterior storage options for personal, business and vehicle needs. Originally operated as an independent facility by SRE’s principals, this property was sold to Public Storage on attractive terms.

SRE also completed the entitlement and construction of a similar storage facility located just off of 108th and Harrison in La Vista, Nebraska. This property was also sold to Public Storage upon stabilization.
