SRE developed and led the construction of a 12,000 square foot retail facility on the corner of Giles and Southport Parkway in La Vista, NE. 

The current tenants in the facility include PenFed Credit Union, one of the nation’s leading federal credit union; Hunter Douglas by Integrated Windows, a go to for custom blinds and shades; Jersey Mike’s Subs, authentic Northeast-American style subs; Dirty Dough Cookies, a gourmet cookie shop; Roll-Em-Up Taquitos, a street casual restaurant; and Charred Burger + Bar, a dine-in restaurant known for their charred burgers.
