The Preserve at The Farm is a high-end custom home neighborhood built into a natural environment of mature trees, native grasses and river frontage.

Located between Skyline Drive and the Elkhorn River at F Street, The Preserve at The Farm features 67 buildable lots ranging in size from 2 acres to 7 acres, producing varying lot styles including sloping treed lots, flat prairie lots and river frontage lots.

The Preserve implements various low-impact design practices including minimized grading with roads following the natural terrain, protection of existing tree canopy and native grasses, defined build areas for homes, and use of natural drainage systems in lieu of curbs and storm sewer piping.

Infrastructure includes concrete streets, municipal water services, underground power, gas services and individual septic systems.  The infrastructure for The Preserve at the Farm was installed privately without the use of a Sanitary Improvement District, which allowed property tax rates to remain very low as compared to the market.
