The Union Bank & Trust Sports Complex [North Facility]  is a multi-tenant sports-based facility located near 210th and Cumberland Drive in Elkhorn, Nebraska. The complex spans 135,000 square feet, with an additional 5,000 square feet dedicated to a mezzanine level overlooking the sports courts and housing the club operations offices.

This impressive facility is home to two prestigious clubs: Omaha Sports Academy, a youth basketball club, and Nebraska Elite, a youth volleyball club. It features segregated court facilities with 6 full-size basketball courts and 8 full-size volleyball courts. Additionally, the complex offers other spaces for complimentary uses, including a workout/training facility, chiropractic treatment, tutoring, and a lounge for parents to enjoy between games.

SRE managed the entitlement, development and construction of the project, fast-tracking the construction to open in time for the club sports seasons. Construction began in mid-April 2018 and the complex opened for volleyball in early November 2018, completing in less than 6 months.
